We process business and contact details, B2B portal registrations, login details, quotations, orders and messages to handle requests, contractual matters, legal obligations, security and customer support.

Recipients

Authorised staff in Bulgaria and the Greek branch, and hosting, email and technical support providers may access data where necessary.

We process business and contact details, member registrations, account access data, enquiries, quotations, orders and related correspondence to administer B2B accounts, respond to requests, serve business relationships, protect the service and meet legal obligations.

Legal bases

Depending on the activity, processing relies on contract performance or pre-contractual steps, legal obligations, or legitimate interests such as security and business relationship management, subject to the required balancing assessment. Consent is requested separately where required.

Marketing emails

Membership does not itself amount to consent to promotional newsletters. Marketing messages are sent only where a valid legal basis and the applicable electronic communications rules permit them. Such messages must provide an easy opt-out. Unsubscribing does not automatically close a B2B account.

Retention

We retain personal data only as long as needed for its purpose and applicable legal duties. For members and business contacts, we consider the ongoing relationship, last meaningful interaction and pending requests. Transaction records follow applicable accounting and tax retention requirements. Inactive records are subject to periodic review; precise periods are pending adoption of an internal policy and automated deletion is not yet in place.
