The material for these bags, pouches, consists of 4 layers:
Outside there are 2 layers - Met or EVOH or PE and inside another 2 layers of polyethylene PE.
The product is bottled so that it only has contact with the polyethylene layer.
There are two types of pouches, metallized (MET) and transparent (EVOH) with similar barrier properties.
Transparent pouches are called EVOH and metallized pouches are called MET pouches.
Regardless of whether it is EVOH or MET, both types can be used for filling juices, wine, milk, olive oil.

The green cap is usually used for oil and the red cap for wine and juice.The blue or yellow cap is used by liquid egg and milk producers, as their machine mainly closes such caps.
