Unless otherwise agreed between the parties in a separate purchase agreement or other arrangement, the terms contained herein (the "Terms") are an integral part of the contractual relationship between the customer and ELLADA arising in connection with the procurement customer with goods from ELLADA (hereinafter the "Sale Agreement"). The customer purchases shipped in suitable packaging and payment is made in the manner chosen by the customer. In each order, shipping costs listed separately. Please note that shipping costs are charged to the customer. Customer pays any shipping costs arising between the shipping service and the client after the shipment of goods from ELLADA.
